Due to increased security measures, patrons will be required to create a four-digit PIN when accessing their account on the Library's website as well as Libby beginning October 26.
The Everglades Branch Library, located inside Everglades City Hall, will be closed Tuesday, October 20, through Wednesday, October 28. Everglades City Hall will remain open during this time. Regular library hours will resume Thursday, October 29.
Early voting for the 2026 General Election will be held at Headquarters, South Regional, & Marco Island Libraries from October 22 through October 31.Please note that library services may be temporarily disrupted during this time due to increased visitor traffic. For a more convenient visit, consider requesting holds for pickup or returning materials at other locations.

This class focuses on immediate action steps for both sudden cardiac arrest and medical emergencies (stop the bleed) that may occur outside the hospital setting. This course is designed for public education and development. Participants will not receive certification. Classes will be held at 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, and 2:30 pm.
